Rexajob provides AI-powered tools for job seekers, including resume analysis, job matching, cover letter generation, interview preparation, and application tracking. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service with reasonable notice where feasible.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. job offers) from using our tools. AI-generated content (e.g. cover letters, suggestions) should be reviewed by you before use. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rexajob and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars if greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rexajob and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rexajob operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
